The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests November 25-December 3. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

November 25

Travis Ray Williamson, of Kentucky, was charged with embezzlement, larceny by an employee and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

November 26

John Sherill Stamey, 75, of Addington Bridge Rd., was charged with assault by pointing a gun, communicating threats and simple assault. A secured bond of $35,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Seth Patton Mason, 24, of Valley Ln., was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Donald Eugene Moore, 67, of Corbin Rd., was charged with communicating threats. A secured bond of $500 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

November 27

Christine Cheyenne Pensick, 17, of Mark Dowdle Rd., was charged with drug violations. A secured bond of $250 was set. Brian Holland made the arrest.

Justin Kyle Hodgins, 25, of South Skeenah Rd., was charged with breaking and/or entering, possession of stolen goods and larceny after breaking and/or entering. A secured bond of $27,000 was set. A.C. Stahl made the arrest.

Tanya Haynes Jenkins, of Roundstone Dr., was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Lynn Dulakis made the arrest.

November 29

Christopher Marr, 41, of Old Thomas Rd., was charged with drug violations. An unsecured bond was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Donald Eugene Moore, 67, of Corbin Rd., was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Cearra Grace Guth-Greer, 16, of Ives Ln., was charged with assault inflicting serious injury. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jay Wright made the arrest.

Lucella May Antes, 42, of Loctus Tree Rd., was charged with making threatening phone calls. No bond was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Donna Michelle Dodgins, 32, of Addington Bridge Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Julio Cesar Mendez, 45, of Terrell Rd., was charged with probation violations. A secured bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Samantha Michelle Brunt, 20, of Sugarkfork Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

December 1

Michael Walter Sharpe, III, 18, of Lakey Creek Rd., was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

Daniel Michael Casey, 52, of Frazier Rd., was charged with misuse of a 9-1-1 system. A secured bond of $250 was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

December 2

Jeffrey Scott Johnson, 41, of West Old Murphy Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Javier Omar Mendez, 43, of Terrell Rd., was charged with sale of alcohol without permit. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Alisha Kimsey Ensley, 39, of Morrison Church Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

November 30

Samuel Ed Ramsey Jr., 51, of Nettie Hurst Rd., was charged with probation violation and drug violations. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

Jack Carlton Kemp, 48, of Green St., was charged with disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $250 was set. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

November 26

Amber Kay Lusk, 25, of Simple Place, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

November 27

Codi Taylor Moore, 21, of Black Oak Dr., was charged with over age person aiding and/or abetting possession of alcohol to an underage person. A written promise was issued. James Henry made the arrest.

Paul Anthony Namotka, 20, of Brown Leaf Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Claude Gregory Coggins, 50, of Pink Creek Rd., was charged with possession of stolen goods or property. No bond information was given. Ernest Scherman made the arrest.

Jack Billy Hicks, 40, of Wrights Creek Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Leigh Adair Smith, 36, of Dobson Ridge Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.
