The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests July 1-July 9. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

July 1

Joshua Lawrence Burr, 32, of Walnut Creek Road, was charged with contempt of court/child support. A secured bond of $7,158 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

John Paul McCall, 30, of Jacobs Way, was charged with conspiring to break and enter into a building, breaking and entering, felony larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Anthony Paul Arnold, 33, of Sunset Ridge Road, was charged with breaking and entering, felony larceny, possession of stolen goods/property, conspiring to break and enter into a building. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

July 2

Ronald Bernard Goden, 50, of Hatfield Road, was charged with first degree trespassing, injury to personal property. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. A.C. Stahl made the arrest.

Pamela Ann Goden, 53, of Hatfield Road, was charged with assault on a government official, resisting a public officer. An unsecured bond of $4,000 was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

July 3

Michael Eugene Green, 37, of Old Murphy Road, was charged with burglary, larceny, possession of stolen property, vandalism. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Dana Pendergrass Pyatt, 35, of Pendergrass Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods/property, possession of burglary tools, conspiring to break and enter into a building, injury to real property, larceny. A secured bond of $27,000 was set. Jay Wright made the arrest.

Michael Gary Subirana, 29, of Imperial Drive, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possessing stolen property. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

James Jason McMahan, 48, of Fred Dalton Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, contempt of court, perjury, court violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Aubrey Lynn Bascom, 26, of Tranquil Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; Larceny. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Elvin Jovany Zela, 30, of Forsythia Drive, was charged with simple non-physical assault. No bond was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Pamela Ann Goden, 53, of Hatfield Road, was charged with resisting a public officer. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

Kayla Ansley Welch, 19, of Cherokee, N.C., was charged with aiding and abetting driving while license revoked, operating a vehicle with no insurance. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Pamela Ann Goden, 53, of Hatfield Road, was charged with assault on a government official, resisting a public officer. An unsecured bond of $5,000 made the arrest. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Steven Gerald Knight, 30, of Mica City Road, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Steven Cody Ulsh, 23, of Brown Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen property, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, possession of burglary tools. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Nicholas Larry Queen, 19, of Otto Heights Road, was charged with conspiracy to commit felony larceny, possession of burglary tools. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Darrell Bobby Simons, 51, of Thornwood Road, was charged with second degree trespassing. A written promise was given. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

Pablo Matias, 31, of Carolina Mountain Drive, was charged with no operators license. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Travis Lee Collins, 34, of Old Highlands Road, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

July 5

Linwood Edgar Beasley, 61, of Laurel Lake Road, was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

July 6

Sean Taylor Hall, 21, of Matties Drive, was charged with assault by strangulation, first degree burglary, injury to real property. No bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

July 8

Amanda Leeann Mason, 21, of Archwood Lane, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Christopher Michael Chandler, 28, of Lyle Mill Road, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

William Stephen Shephard, 37, of Fred Dalton Road, was issued a true bill of indictment - possession of a firearm by a felon, charged with driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $26,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

Brian Keith Leonhart, 34, of Cook Street, was served warrants - robbery with a dangerous weapon, habitual felon. No bond was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

July 1

Travis Hamilton Potts, 29, of Yellow Mountain Road, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Brandon Hooper made the arrest.

Terence Matthew Dillingham, 39, of Camelot Drive, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, trafficking opium or heroin. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Charles Arthur Kemp, 32, of Moody Farm Road, was charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, conspiring to traffic opium. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Brittani Gail Holden, 21, of Skyland Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; Cyberstalking. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Juan Hernandez Diaz, 21, of Lancewood Drive, was charged with no operators license, ficticious tag, no seat belt, giving false information to an officer, failure to appear in court; fictitious tag, no operators license. A secured bond of $1,000 was set.

Henry Scott White, 42, of Masterpiece Drive, was charged with communicating threats, assault on a female. No bond was set. Michael Brooks made the arrest.

James Michael Lawlor, 36, of Melrose Place, was charged with failure to appear in court; Speeding. A secured bond of $250 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

July 7

Jamie Marie Moore, 51, of Persimmon Road, was charged with interfering with a 911 call, communicating threats, resisting, obstructing, and delaying, simple assault, assault on a law enforcement officer. A secured bond was set. Michael Brooks made the arrest.

Devin Caleb McLean, 20, of Haywood Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; Affray-injury to personal property. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Elizabeth Claire Tierney, 27, of Sleeping Owl Ridge, was charged with operating a vehicle with no insurance. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.
