Arrest Reports Arrest Report: August 25 through September 3, 2013

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests August 25- Sept. 3. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

August 25

Justin Mark Fuller, 25, of Brendle Road, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

William Clark, 34, of Lakey Creek Road, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Joel Lynch made the arrest.

August 27

Brian Daniel Hall, 52, of Authur Drake Road, was charged with larceny by an employee, trespassing. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

August 28

Jessica V. Jarman, 38, of Ryan Road, was charged with driving while impaired, no operator’s license, speeding. A written promise was given. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

Darrell Dee McClure, 32, of Glass Shanty Road, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Kimberly Hope Williamson, 26, of Rattlesnake Knob, was charged with resisting a public officer, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Shauna Jackson Teesatuskie, 35, of C Bradley Drive, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, failure to appear in court; criminal summons or citation. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

August 29

Kevin Lee O’Conner, 36, of Belleview Road, was charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods, resisting an officer. An unsecured bond of $3,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Natasha Michelle Dehart, 31, of Cool Breeze Road, was charged with parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Edward Alton Murphy II, 53, of Joyce Circle, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Jacob William Mark Watson, 24, of Tulip Tree Lane, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

August 30

Troy Matthew Flowers, 45, of Georgia Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; release order. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Glynis Ann Caswell, 44, of Hayes Mill Road, was charged with financial card fraud. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Jillian Alice Phillipp, 29, of Jones Ridge Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; criminal summons or citation. A secured bond of $500 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Adrian Alfonso Diez, 21, of Fort Brag, N.C., was charged with fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, reckless driving - wanton disregard, unsafe passing yellow line, failure to appear in court; assault on a female. A secured bond of $5,300 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

September 1

Raoul Bertram Chasse, 56, of Lopes Circle, was charged with resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

September 2

Stephanie Elaine Hamilton, 34, of Matthew Drive, was charged with second degree trespassing. A written promise was given. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

August 26

Nicholas Emanuel Floyd, 32, of Vineyard Drive, was charged with indecent exposure, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

August 27

Shelby Allison Williams, 37, of Mittens Lane, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

Eugene Earnest McGilvery, 40, of Rattlesnake Knob, was issued warrants for driving while license revoked, assault on a female, assault by strangulation. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

August 28

Ethan Alan McClain, 23, of Cheek Road, was charged with driving while impaired, no brake lights. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jeremy Beard made the arrest.

Leslie Ann Jones, 27, of William Carpenter Road, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, forgery of an instrument, uttering forged instrument. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Laurie Beegle made the arrest.

Edith Marie Wilson, 55, of Heartland Lane, was charged with no operators license, failure to appear in court; misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

C. Alan Dupika, 58, of Jupiter, Fla, was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

August 31

Candace Elaine Moore, 19, of Brushy Branch Road, was charged with provisional license violation. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Tony Ashe made the arrest.

September 1

Gabriel Bruce Bolick, 30, of Rabbit Creek Road, was charged with failure to apply for a new title, failure to deliver title. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

Lori Jane Cantrell, 41, of Big Witch Road, was charged with larceny, possessing stolen property. A secured bond of $500 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

Brenda Lee Chasse, 57, of Lopes Circle, was charged with driving while impaired, driving left of center. A secured bond of $500 was set. Brett Holcombe made the the arrest.

Raoul Bertrand Chasse, 56, of Lopes Circle, was charged with resisting a public officer, intoxicated and disruptive. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

September 3

Phylliss Rena Garrison, 29, of Slep Orchard Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule III controlled substance. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

August 26

Joshua Douglas Phillips, 22, of Floyd Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; speeding, operating a vehicle with no insurance, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane control, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Robert Charles Austin, 60, of Fall Circle, was charged with larceny, damage to real property, breaking and entering. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set.

Kennedy Elizabeth Ensley, 19, of Deep Gap Circle, was charged with possessing stolen property, obtaining property by false pretense. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

August 27

Christopher Lee Mathis, 33, of Haney Holler Road, was charged with failure to pay child support. Ordered to pay $14,550. William Hawkins made the arrest.

Kyle Adam Morgan, 26, of John Taylor Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked, flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Vita Lynne Reed, 32, of J Bradley Road, was charged with worthless checks from a closed account, failure to appear in court; possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Paul Anthony Namotka, 21, of Kokopelli Place, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Jon Banton Legere, 37, of Belair Motel, was charged with second degree trespassing. A secured bond was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

August 28

Darren Ray Carter, 23, of Molasses Mountain Road, was charged with possession of stolen property, larceny after breaking and entering, forcible breaking and entering. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Charles Crisp made the arrest.

James D. Jones, 53, of Raishore Drive, was issued a child support purge order. Ordered to pay $7,766. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Brittany Danielle Franklin, 27, of Nigh Gal Place, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Shauna Jackson Teesatuskie, 35, of C Bradley Drive, was charged with larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Michael Brooks made the arrest.

Timothy Bryan Johnson, 21, of Skyland Drive, was charged with maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule VI controlled substance. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Glenda Kay George, 37, of J Bradley Drive, was charged with domestic criminal trespass, breaking and entering. A written promise was given. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Daneille Marissa Martin, 33, of Courtney Lee Lane, was charged with forgery of an instrument. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Harold Nicholson made the arrest.

August 30

Thomas George Mazzola, 57, of Brocade Drive, was charged with resisting/obstructing, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Brian Keith Russell, 31, of Pheasant Road, was charged with interfering with 911 communications, assault on a female. No bond was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Tyler Blake Tragesser, 20, of Steep Trail, was charged with giving fictitious information to an officer, resisting a public officer, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, failure to appear in court; misdemeanor larceny. September 1

Nathan Daniel Wood, 19, of Cope Creek Road, was charged with statutory rape, possession of stolen property, forcible breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering. A secured bond was set. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

Keely Alexis Roberts, 16, of Airy Lane, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, misdemeanor larceny. A written promise was given. James Henry made the arrest.
