Arrest Reports Arrest Report: September 24 through October 6, 2013

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Sept. 24-Oct. 6. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

September 30

Jonell Edmonds, 57, of Guffeys Gap Road, was charged with driving while impaired, open container, resisting, obstructing, and delaying. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

October 1

Darlene Lamb Watson, 42, of Bell Road, was charged with injury to real property. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Robert Charles Tallent, 16, of Lloyd Tallent Road, was charged with disorderly conduct on school grounds. No bond was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

Hannah Abagail-Mercedes Dickens, 27, of Earndhardt Drive, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Joel Lynch made the arrest.

October 2

Tori Lace Mills, 19, of Addington Bridge Road, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 3

James Allen Gibson, 35, of Johnny Stanfield Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, no operators license, operating a vehicle with no insurance, driving/allowing motor vehicle to be drove with no registration. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

October 4

Mandy Jane Fortner, 23, of Frontier Lane, was charged with assault by strangulation. A secured bond of $500 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Keith Christopher Mayo, 26, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Jose Ignacio Ramirez Garita, 23, of Jake Drive, was charged with assault inflicting serious bodily harm, assault on a female, assault by strangulation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Sean A. Grey, 31, of Cottontail Lane, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. A secured bond of $500 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

October 5

Odilo Lopez, 37, of Georgia Road, was charged with driving while impaired. A secured bond of $500 was set. Joel Lynch made the arrest.

Penny Benge Moore, 43, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 6

Isaac Pantera Price, 18, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Sarah Ann Birdsell, 26, of West Boulevard, was charged with failure to appear in court; misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

September 24

John Harvey Clark, 59, of Tuckaway Lane, was charged with driving while impaired, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, driving while consuming alcohol. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

September 26

Mark Gregory Pearce, 47, of Old Murphy Road, was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

September 27

Christopher Raymond Davis, 26, of Coon Creek Road, was charged with injury to real property, injury to personal property, disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

Jason Michael Tippett, 27, of Ridge Road, was charged with communicating threats. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

September 30

Daniel Sheldon Draffin, 22, of Beetee Road, was charged with larceny, breaking and entering a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $35,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Donna Staley McAdams, 49, of Hill Street, was charged with cyber stalking. A written promise was given. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

October 1

Ira Hayes Caldwell, 30, of Nations Creek Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked, speeding. A secured bond of $500 was set. William Hawkins made the arrest.

Jim Bo Bingham, 65, of Spirit Mountain, was charged with trespassing. A written promise was given. William Hawkins made the arrest.

Clayton Daniel Robinson, 31, of Greenlawn Lane, was charged with communicating threats. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Jennie Rumsey made the arrest.

October 2

James Leon Massey, 41, of Conley’s Place, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiring to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/ sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $16,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Samantha Jade Taylor, 22, of Poplar Grove Road, was charged with license not in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Aaron Matthew Garcia, 35, of Paul Cooper Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiring to sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/ sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Darin Scott Bender, 50, was charged with cyberstalking. A written promise was given. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Andres Garcia, 26, of N.C. 107 North, was charged with maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Luis Alberto-Muno Garcia, 33, of Hoppi Village Court, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Devin Anthony Rathbone, 20, of East Hall Heights, was indicted for statutory rape. A secured bond of $60,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Leigha Maria Parton, 25, of Bryson Walk, was charged with failure to appear in court; permitting operation of a vehicle with no insurance, aiding and abetting driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

October 3

John Robert Ayen, 35, of Jay Bradley Drive, was charged with felony conspiracy, misdemeanor larceny, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

October 4

Dylan Keith Wahnetah, 27, of Tom McCoy Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; misdemeanor larceny, fictitious information to an officer, driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Rosie Brook Gregory, 19, of Junaluska Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce, possession of stolen goods/property, attempt to obtain property by false pretense. A secured bond of $21,500 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Jamie Lynn Swartz, 34, of U.S. Highway 441 South, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Christopher Warner Boozer, 39, of Indian Hill Drive, was charged with communicating threats, trespassing. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Hannah Marlene Bowling, 25, of Adams Creek Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked, speeding. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Rollie James, III, made the arrest.

Frieda Ann Martinexbarri, 35, of Old Mission Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; speeding, no insurance, driving while license revoked, fictitious registration. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Rollie James III, made the arrest.

October 5

Stephen Christopher Reukauf, 59, of Port Charlotte, F.L., was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, simple physical assault. No bond was set. Ernest Scherman, III, made the arrest.

John Preston Rickman, 26, of Catolster Johnson Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking opiates. A secured bond of $16,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

October 6

Pamela Michelle Cooper, 25, of Ladybug Lane, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Justin Allen Holmes, 28, of Forrest Cove Road, was charged with simple assault, assault with a deadly weapon. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.
