Arrest Reports Arrest Report: October 21 through October 27, 2013

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Oct. 21-Oct. 27. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

October 21

Robert Lee Armstrong, 18, of Old Murphy Road, was charged with injury to personal property, resisting a public officer, manufacturing/assembling/storing weapons of mass destruction, possessing a weapon of mass destruction. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

October 22

Michael Arthur Provencher, 45, of Trimont Mountain Road, was charged with driving while license revoked. A written promise was given. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Dalton Keith Bates, 20, of Patton Road, was charged with driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $500 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 23

Daniel Edward William Stanfield, 20, of Norris Road, was charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia. A written promise was given. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Sandra Leah Ann Turlington-Clark, 24, of Taylor Road, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $5,000 was set.

Nicole Tabitha Queen-Bates, 32, of Punchbowl Drive, was charged with possession of stolen goods, criminal damage to property, second degree burglary, larceny after breaking and entering, larceny of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Dustin Jake Cabe, 27, of Bryson City Road, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Dustin Ty Daves, 20, of Norris Road, was charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia. A written promise was given. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 24

Steven Gerald Knight, 30, of Ed Conley Road, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Tabitha Nichole Queen-Bates, 32, of Punchbowl Drive, was charged with receiving stolen property, bringing stolen property into state. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Joey Allen Stockton, 49, of Addington Bridge Road, was charged with larceny, possession of stolen property, obtaining property by false pretense. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 25

Gregory Allen Rhoden, 38, of South Skeenah Road, was charged with larceny, possessing/concealing stolen property, fraud - obtaining money/property by false pretense. An unsecured bond of $15,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Jessika Louise Snyder, 22, of Rose Creek Road, was charged with larceny. A written promise was given. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Heather Deanna Mathis, 22, of Willow Cove Road, was charged with injury to real property, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A secured bond of $750 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

October 21

Sarina Lynn Collins, 32, of Kirkland Road, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

October 25

Charles Benson Grindstaff, 62, was charged with trespassing. A secured bond of $500 was set. Tony Ashe made the arrest.

October 26

Donna Michelle Dodgins, 33, of Collins Lane, was charged with assault and battery, failure to appear in court; injury to real property. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

October 21

Kyle James Ward, 22, of Retirement Lane, was charged with larceny. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Dwight McMahan made the arrest.

Moradi Roshankoohi Manooher, 31, was charged with second degree trespassing. No bond was set. Kyle Efird made the arrest.

October 22

Brianna Jade Bradley, 20, of Saunooke Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; drug possession, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $1,000 made the arrest. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

October 23

Douglas Christopher Jones, 34, of Ball Hill Road, was charged with larceny after breaking and entering, forcible breaking and entering. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Ricky Buchanan made the arrest.

October 24

Jason Dean Moore, 31, of Clayton Street, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, forcible breaking and entering of a vehicle. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. William Hawkins made the arrest.

Jonathan Paul Sellers, 36, of North Country Club Drive, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Keith Reece, 45, of River Park Trailer Park, was charged with cyberstalking. A written promise was given. William Hawkins made the arrest.

October 25

Aaron Richard Whitmire, 32, of Plantation Avenue, was charged with failure to report new address of a sex offender. A secured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

McKinley Edward Watty, 37, of Olivet Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Johnathan Jones made the arrest.

Angela Crystal Martinez, 34, of failure to appear in court; possession of stolen goods/property, misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

Albert Lee Martin, 35, of Monteith Branch Road, was charged with failure to pay fines. A secured bond of $135 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

October 26

James Richard Walkingstick, 33, of Walnut Grove Road, was charged with escape from custody or resisting arrest, assault on a government officer. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

October 27

David Allen Campbell, 38, of Highway 175, was charged with interfering with emergency communications, communicating threats, assault on a female, domestic criminal trespass, assault inflicting serious injury with a minor present, assault by strangulation. No bond was set. Kyle Efird made the arrest.
