Arrest Reports Arrest Report: May 20 through May 26, 2014

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Dept. or Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept. made the following arrests May 20 - May 26. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

May 20

Sarah Ann Birdsell, 27, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Jacob D. Bowers made the arrest.

Shatiek Dayquan McLean, 18, was charged with simple assault. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Jacob D. Bowers made the arrest.

Amy V. Crawford, 28, was charged with damage to real property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Cody Mitchell made the arrest.

May 21

James Bennett Jewell, 29, was charged with larceny, possessing/ concealing stolen property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Rickie Lynn Antes II, 22, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Blake A. Buchanan made the arrest.

May 22

Tyler Elden Deats, 18, was charged with failure to appear for injury to real proeprty. A secured bond of $750 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Amberly Lynn Crawford, 28, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Blake A. Buchanan made the arrest.

May 23

Jessica Lee Kelley, 37, was charged with failure to appear for criminal summons or citation. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Buster Lee Biddix, 29, was charged with misdemeanor escape from local jail. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Joshua D. Stewart made the arrest.

Richard Frank Sanford Jr., 31, was charged with felony escape of local jail. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Joshua D. Stewart made the arrest.

May 26

Nolan Scott Rogers, 27, was charged with possession of stolen property, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

May 20

Jessy Dakota Beaver, 20, of Lloyd Stewart Lane, was charged with drug violations - equipment/paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Matthew T. Breedlove made the arrest.

May 24

Amanda Dawn Clawson, 33, of Mill Creek Road, was charged with drug violations - equipment/paraphernalia, failure to appear - warrant for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Matthew T. Breedlove made the arrest.

May 25

Allen David Combee, 32, of West Palmer Street, was charged with driving while impaired - alcohol, reckless driving. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Amy Marie Gibson, 35, of Wells Grove Road, was charged with drug violations - equipment/paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Kevin J. Breedlove made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

May 19

Bobby Allen Gibson, 29, of Long Cove Road, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Dwight D. McMahan made the arrest.

Tyrone Cox, 45, of Broken Arrow Apartments, was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property, larceny. A secured bond was set. Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.

Kelly Marie Walkingstick, 25, of Barlow Court, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Dwight D. McMahan made the arrest.

Andy William McKinney, 38, of Riverbend Road, was charged with driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Johnathan H. Jones made the arrest.

May 20

Samuel Edwin Walk, 23, of Youngblood Lane, was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of stolen property/ goods, larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering. A secured bond of $100,000 was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest.

Iris Kay Gibson, 52, of Thorpe Drive, was charged with communicating threats. James A. Brown made the arrest.

Andy William McKinney, 38, of Riverbend Road, was charged with failure to appear for failure to return rental property. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Joseph Keith McCollum, 26, of McConnell Road, was charged with fraud - obtaining money/property by false pretense. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

May 21

Brittany Jade Matheson, 31, of Travelers Nest, was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of stolen goods/property. Harold D. Nicholson made the arrest.

May 23

Kasey Lynn Keffer, 35, of Mockingbird Lane, was charged with failure to appear for injury to personal property. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest.

May 24

Jeremy Todd Buchanan, 34, of Limestone Drive, was charged with assault on a female. Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.

May 25

Cheryl Marie Harden, 29, of Osborne Street, was charged with misdemeanor worthless check. Johnathan H. Jones made the arrest.

Logan Danial Hoyle, 23, of Tradewinds Lane, was issued a child support contempt order in the amount of $1,320. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest.

Kari Michelle Turpin, 39, of Spalding Drive, was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property, larceny - all other larceny, drug violations - equipment/paraphernalia - possessing/concealing, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, assault on a handicapped person. A secured bond was set. Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.

Danny Lane Swayney, 36, of John Larch Road, was charged with interfering with emergency communications, assault on an unborn child, assault on a female. No bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.
