The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Dept. or Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept. made the following arrests May 18 - June 2. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

May 27

Brock McGilvery, 17, was charged with disorderly conduct at school. A written promise was given. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

James Timothy Haney, 45, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while impaired, probation violation, simple worthless checks. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Karen Ingino Sanford, 52, was charged with resisting a public officer, harboring/aiding certain persons. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Richard Frank Sanford, 56, was charged with resisting a public officer. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

May 28

Kaleb Scott Clark, 25, of Van Raalt Street, was charged with civil contempt. No bond was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

Alex Livorio Rivera, 21, of Georgia Road, was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

Adam Joshua Sanders, 27, of Lyle Knob Road, was charged with contempt of court, perjury. A secured bond of $500 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Samuel Ed Ramsey Jr., 52, of Nettie Hurst Road, was charged with larceny, breaking and entering, larceny from buildings. A secured bond of $10,500 was set. Chris Owen made the arrest.

Thomas Howard Geisy, 56, of Piney Grove Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny from buildings, possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Chris Owen made the arrest.

Felicia Hughes Hopkins, 34, Outback Country Knoll, was charged with identity theft, uttering a forged instrument, obtaining money/property by false pretense. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Dereck Jones made the arrest.

May 31

Preston Ross Haithcock, 34, of Patton Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

Dennis Scott, 52, of Ted Circle, was charged with breaking and entering. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Richard Blake Crews, 22, of Asheville, N.C., was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, uttering a forged instrument, forgery of instrument. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Charles Andrew Cochran, 21, of Nelson Waldroop Road, was charged with parole and probation violations. No bond was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Keith Andrew Basty, 25, of Hillside, was charged with driving while license revoked, assault on a female. No bond was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

June 1

Ronald Lee Thomas, 68, of Falcon Drive, was charged with simple assault. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Cody Lyn Lindberg, 28, of Nettie Hurst Road, was charged with making terroristic threats. An unsecured bond of $2,500. Dereck Jones made the arrest.

Raymond Kyle Ulsh, 27, of Lakeshore Drive, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

May 25

Amy Marie Gibson, 35, of Wells Grove Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $4,000 was set.

Julio, Cesa Salgado-Salvador, 27, of Forrest Lane, was charged with failure to appear in court; reckless driving to endanger, speeding. A secured bond of $500 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

Brianna Amanda Powers, 24, of Snap Dragon Lane, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to appear in court; resisting a public officer, alter/destroy criminal evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine.
