Russell Hawkins opens new Edward Jones office

The Franklin Chamber of Commerce, along with Mayor Joe Collins, recently welcomed Russell Hawkins with Edward Jones Investments to Franklin’s business community with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Russell W. Hawkins II, a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, has opened his office at 141 Iotla Street, Suite 141, in Franklin. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Hawkins has served the community for the past eight years in the financial industry through Wachovia Bank, Wachovia Securities and Nantahala Bank & Trust, joining Edward Jones a year ago. He graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Planning.

As an Edward Jones financial advisor, he believes it is important to understand what the investor is working toward before investing your money. He can help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family. He can also help with a comprehensive retirement savings strategy to help give you more options when you retire.
