At the upcoming March 26, Ladies Night Out program, the topic will be Tobacco Cessation, which will include information on the effects of tobacco use and second hand smoke.
The guest speaker will be Kim Watson, RN, CDE, Community Education/Cardiac Rehab, Angel Medical Center (AMC). Ladies Night Out is a partnership between Macon County Public Health and AMC to provide free monthly programs on a variety of health topics for women with an emphasis on the importance of regular health screenings.

This program will be held two times this date in the cafeteria at AMC. One will be at 4 p.m. and one will be at 6:30 p.m. The same presentation will be given at both meetings.
