News State / Region Hagan to host ‘Conversations With Kay’ in WNC
Sen. Kay R. Hagan

U.S. Senator Kay R. Hagan (D-NC) will visit six communities in Western North Carolina on April 20 and 21. She will host “Conversations with Kay” in Andrews, Robbinsville, Bryson City, Franklin, Sylva and Marshall. Constituents can come meet with Hagan to talk about their concerns. Her constituent services staff will be on site to help people navigate issues with federal agencies, such as the VA, IRS or Social Security Administration.

Hagan will continue to hold “Conversations with Kay” in communities across the state to help North Carolinians who need assistance or want to discuss topics that concern them.

Wednesday, April 20

• Hagan will host “Conversations with Kay” at the Andrews Community Center, Main Street, Andrews, from 10 to 11 a.m. Constituent services staff will be on site from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. to assist those who need help navigating issues with federal agencies.

• Hagan will host “Conversations with Kay” in Robbinsville at the Graham County Community Center, 196 Knight St., from 1 to 2 p.m. Constituent services staff will be on site from 12:30-2:30 p.m. to assist those who need help navigating issues with federal agencies.

• Hagan to host “Conversations with Kay” in Bryson City at the Swain Community/ Senior Center, 125 Brendle St. from 3 to 4 p.m. Constituent services staff will remain on site from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. to assist those who need help navigating issues with federal agencies.

Thursday, April 21

• Hagan to host “Conversations with Kay” in Franklin at the Macon County Senior Center, 108 Wayah St., from 9 to 10 a.m. Constituent Services staff will be on site from 8:30-10:30 a.m. to assist those who need help navigating issues with federal agencies.

• Hagan to host “Conversations with Kay” in Sylva at the Southwestern Commission/Region A Office, 125 Bonnie Lane, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Constituent services staff will be on site from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to assist those who need help navigating issues with federal agencies.
